Change flights? Southwest Airlines does its best
I frequently fly with Southwest Airlines and have had a great experience. The flight attendants are super friendly, and flight delays are uncommon. Once, I needed to change my flight, and I was pleased to find out that they allow free changes as long as I make the switch before departure. It was an absolute lifesaver! I don't know if this free change policy applies to every flight or just certain ones.
